You must submit clear, legible copies of a government-issued photo ID (Indonesian KTP, passport, or driver's license), proof of address dated within the last 3 months (utility bill, bank statement, or government correspondence), and proof of payment method ownership (bank account statement or screenshot showing your name and account number). Upon suspension, your access to the Platform will be blocked and your Account Balance will be frozen pending investigation. If the suspension is upheld, all funds may be forfeited.
You may close your Account at any time by contacting customer support and requesting account closure. Before closure, you must withdraw all remaining Real Money Balance.
